Living Before
Dull living room with dark woodwork. Walls painted with matt emulsion.
Living After
Simple redecoration with all surfaces (especially the woodwork) now painted in the same shade of cream, in a mid-sheen finish to bounce light, and improved lighting. Nothing too drastic, but very effective.

Same hall - now extended outwards into the original open porch. Now with highly polished flooring to bounce light.

Exactly the same size of bathroom, redesigned with new fittings, large mirror. The door now opens outwards. Note: 2 showers - A pumped mains shower and a (back up) instant electric shower. Very practical.

Kitchen Before
Very tired and neglected kitchen in a former rental property.
Kitchen After
The same kitchen redesigned by Marshall Properties using neutral cream toned units, where all the appliances have been fully integrated. There is: (1) fridge / freezer, (2) double oven, (3) gas hob, (4) vented extractor hood, (5) wall mounted microwave, (6) dishwasher, (7) double bin and (8) washer / dryer + all the usual storage along with space to eat in the kitchen. The orange backdrop brings warmth to this north facing kitchen.
Lavatory Before
A delightful lavatory!

For reasons of nothing more than total extravagance, we decided to refurbish this guest lavatory and tiled the walls and floor in matching tile and installed an unusual combined lavatory / wash hand basin. The wall mirror helps create depth and bounces light.
Bathroom Before
A dull and cramped bathroom where there was no space for a lavatory.
Bathroom After
The new bathroom, redesigned by Marshall Properties, now has a shower bath with curved screen with 2 showers over it (mains and instant electric shower). By repositioning the bath, we were able to fit in a corner lavatory. Mirrored panels on opposing walls create the appearance of extra depth.
Master Before
A very neglected bedroom in a former rental property.

Simple renovation to include resanding and varnishing of floor, new white decor and simple Staging for the Selling Campaign.
Back Double Before
A very dull and uninviting room.
Back Double After
Simple redecoration in white with new laminate flooring. We repositioned the bed to show how it could easily be accessed from both sides. A preferable arrangement to having it shoved into a corner. Very important when selling a house.
Living Room Dressed
Very simple redecoration of this living room in a modern soft grey tone, with newly varnished floor, repositioned tv and a large wall mirror to reflect the opposite window.
Bedroom Dressed
This was regarded as a small single room into which one could hardly be expected to fit a cot, never mind a bed. We showed it with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. When the neighbours viewed the house they "insisted" that we must have moved the walls! We didn't!
